Abstract

L'invention concerne un milieu unique servant à cultiver des lignées de cellules intestinales. Ledit milieu permet de développer beaucoup plus rapidement une monocouche de cellules épithéliales intestinales hautement différenciées, sans avoir recours à des substrats de culture cellulaire.
The present invention provides a unique medium for the cultivation of intestinal cell lines. The medium allows for the development of a highly differentiated intestinal epithelial cell monolayer in a much shorter period of time than currently possible without the aid of cell culture substrates
